2010 Tryout Registration
2010 Tryout Registration made easy. Parents can register their daughters online saving time at tryouts. If you fill out your registration online all you will need to bring to tryouts is the $10 tryout training fee and the insurance waiver with the appropriate information filled in. Cincinnati Heat Premier fee can also be done online via PayPal. The link for payment is at the bottom of the registration form. A $17 transaction fee is applied to online payments. Payment can also be made at tryouts. The Cincinnati Heat Premier fee is $449.
Registration Process
1. Complete online registration data entry.
2. Download and Print Registration/Insurance Form. Bring completed Insurance Waiver to tryouts.
3. Download and Print Parent Information Forms.
4. Bring $10 for 2 Session Tryout/Training Fee.
5. Payments can be done online for the Cincinnati Heat Premier Fee.
6. Cincinnati Heat Premier Fee - $449
7. Online Payment has a transaction fee of $17 for the Cincinnati Heat Premier Fee.
8. Online payment is done via PayPal - Please include your daughters name in the description at the top of the page.
9. Arrive at least 20 minutes early with Registration/Insurance Form completed.
