Ohio Hardwood Heat is a non-profit girl’s basketball academy serving greater Cincinnati. Our player development program stresses fundamental basketball skills. Improving each athlete’s overall basketball skill level and athleticism are our goals.
We serve community schools and emphasize an athlete’s loyalty and commitment to her school team. We welcome input from H.S. coaches regarding their plans for their players who seek to improve during the off-season on one of our spring/summer teams. The dedicated head coaching staff is comprised of qualified and professional, high school, junior high, and youth coaches.
Team practice sessions will begin subsequent to team selections and end with District Tournament, Greater Cincinnati Classic, or 6/1/08 unless team participates at DI or DII Nationals. Practices will be held at locations close to I275. Our individual teams practice very competitively on an average of twice per week. Girls will also scrimmage & play in tournaments and play in leagues.
We expect honest, talented, dedicated, respectful, hard working players, whose desire to get better equals their love for the game.
